Setting my password

To protect your password from being easily hacked, we have made it compulsory for the password to be alpha-numeric.

The following are the instructions for setting up an alpha numeric password

  • Password should contain at least one special character, a digit and an alphabet. Example of Special Character is ?,$,%,* etc.
  • Both lowercase and UPPER case characters are allowed in the password.
  • Spaces are not allowed in between Password characters.
  • The minimum length of a Password should be 8 characters.
  • The maximum length of a Password should not exceed 20 characters.
  • The Password should contain at least 4 distinct characters.
  • Your new password cannot be the same as any of your previous 5 password(s).

I have forgotten my password/user ID

If you’ve forgotten your password, the quickest way to get a new one is to visit our log in page , click on the 'Forgot/Reissue Password’ link and complete the simple form. Or you can call us and we’ll post a new password to your home address. This should take 7 working days.

For your user ID, please call us and we’ll give you your ID over the phone. The number to call is 080 81 31 41 51 (freephone from UK landline).

Notes

  • While you are waiting for your new password, you will not be able to log in to your account through www.hisave.co.uk
  • When we have issued a new password we will let you know by sending an email to the address you provided
  • ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility and will not be liable if the details you provide are incorrect or incomplete.

If you have placed a request for a new password and are waiting for it to arrive, we request you not to use your old password as this will block the new password as well.
