How do I save regularly to my HiSAVE Savings Account?
Simply log in and use the 'Receive money from your linked account’ option. Don’t forget to fill in the details in the ‘Recurring’ section as this will set up the regular payment system.
How many regular deposits by direct debit can I set up?
There is no limit on the number of regular deposits you can set up.
What happens if I want to cancel a regular deposit?
If you wish to cancel a regular deposit request, you can do so from the 'Transfer Money' section in your HiSAVE Savings Account logged in section, or calling our Customer Service Centre and placing your request. Scheduled instructions can be cancelled up to 1 business day before the schedule date of transfer but only if we receive the cancellation before 1300 hrs UK local time.
